An agreement has been signed wiMinute Plus for the supply and installation of the equipment required for the parks in Hanimaadhoo.

An official agreement has been signed with Minet Plus Private Limited to supply and install the equipment required for children’s parks and public recreational areas in Hanimaadhoo.

On behalf of Hanimaadhoo Council, the agreement was signed by the President of Hanimaadhoo Council, while on behalf of Minet Plus Private Limited, it was signed by the company’s Managing Director, Adam.

The project has been awarded today for a total amount of MVR 2,774,736.00, with a completion period of 120 days.

Key Details of the Project

Under this project, several activities will be carried out to improve and enhance the quality of the existing parks in Hanimaadhoo, as well as newly developed parks.

Key Activities

  1. Supply of Playground Equipment: Providing safe and modern playground equipment suitable for children.

  2. Installation: Properly assembling and installing the supplied equipment in the parks while ensuring the required safety standards.

  3. Public Facilities: Installing benches and lighting facilities in the parks for public use and convenience.

  4. Additional Park Facilities: Installing turf at Kulha Park and providing dustbins and benches.

  5. Development of Parks and Recreational Facilities: Four parks in different areas of the island will be developed. The project will also include additional recreational facilities and sports equipment required for the school.

The main objective of this project is to create a safe, enjoyable, and comfortable environment for the children and families of Hanimaadhoo.

The Council expects that the work awarded today to a capable company such as Minet Plus will be completed within the stipulated timeframe and made fully available for public use and benefit.
